The Advanced Lateral Flow Conference recognizes and celebrates the exceptional achievements and contributions of professionals in the lateral flow diagnostics industry. These prestigious awards aim to encourage, motivate, and inspire professionals to keep pushing the boundaries of the industry and make a significant impact.

Finalist acceptance notification due (note: finalists must be present at the ALFC 2025 to accept their award): September 16, 2025

INNOVATION AWARD

LFAnt (represented by Adam Melnyk, cofounder and chief product officer, second from left) won the 2024 ALFC Innovation Award.
The Innovation Award recognizes developers, creators, or direct facilitators of groundbreaking products and novel technologies that push the boundaries of the industry. Due to the technical information required in the application, attendees should only nominate themselves.
Finalists will be invited to pitch at ALFC to a panel of funders and diagnostics commercialization experts. Then panel and the audience will select the winner. The winner receives a $10,000 award.
LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

The Lifetime Achievement Award honors an individual or organization who has dedicated their career to the advancement of lateral flow diagnostics and made significant contributions over a sustained period. This prestigious award acknowledges the long-term commitment and impact of a truly exceptional professional or organization.
The winning nominee must be present to accept the award; otherwise, the honor passes to the next deserving nominee.

The Leadership in Diagnostics Award highlights an individual or organization that has demonstrated outstanding leadership, collaboration, and strategic vision in driving the growth and development of the lateral flow diagnostics industry.
The winning nominee must be present to accept the award; otherwise, the honor passes to the next deserving nominee.

ALFC Poster Awards recognize the most innovative and impactful research presented during the ALFC poster sessions.
These awards aim to encourage and celebrate the hard work and dedication of both emerging and established researchers. They are awarded by a panel of ALFC judges; therefore, external nominations are not accepted.
RULES & GUIDELINES
A comprehensive review of all submissions is conducted by the event organizing committee. Award finalists must be present to win. Otherwise, awards will be presented to the next runner up.
