VISA SUPPORT for INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES
FOR INTERNATIONAL ATTENDEES
We understand that obtaining a visa to attend a conference in the United States can be a complex process.
To support our international attendees, we are happy to provide letters of invitation for those who require them as part of their business visa application.
If you need a letter of invitation, please follow these steps:
- Register for ALFC 2025 and ensure that your registration is confirmed.
- Email us at contact@alfc2025.com with the following information:
- Full name (as it appears on your passport)
- Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) (as it appears on your passport)
- Sex as it appears on your passport (if no sex is listed in passport, sex as assigned at birth)
- Passport number
- Country of citizenship (i.e., the country that issued the passport)
- Current affiliation (company, university, or organization)
- Applicant’s home address
- Applicant’s mailing address, if different than above
- Name and address of US Embassy in home country
- Brief explanation of how attending ALFC 2025 relates to your work or research
